+ The room was clean and clean towels were provided daily. breakfast was very good - I was really annoyed that my credit card was not acceptable.i had to gaet cash with my credit card and this is going to be expensive with the interest.the booking or website should make very clear payment is only in cash.this really made me angry.

+ The breakfast was great huge range of things. also it was great to have a balcony with table and chairs. - The stairs are killer especially if your on the 3rd floor 73 steep steps in total.also in the double couple rooms you have the pipes for the hotel heating/water system in your room and the noise is 24hrs a day.very annoying as your going asleep.

+ Friendly, small hotel in a great location near anne frank house and dam square. clean, quiet and comfortable - Stairs to the reception are very steep. may not be good for the elderly of those with bulky luggage

+ Great location for xmas shopping & relaxation amazing stairs - Receptionist not very friendly and unhelpful on day we departed - no breakfast!
