+ Excellent location; not too far to walk to anything. staff are really nice and helpful. nice, cozy room. no noise at night. not too earlier brekfast. - Slightly unclean but mirrors the low price paid so can't complain

+ Great location, near the central train station and central amsterdam - One of our students had money stolen from the room.

+ Staff very pleasent - Poor room small very warm no fan. far too noisy slamming doors often late night noise talking banging, poor poor breakfast servedtwo bits of dried ham and two slices chhese gone hard and one egg. do not stay here!!!!!!!far too far out of city centre..........

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel was very well located and compared to other hotels in the area, very reasonable. it was very clean and the breakfast was also good.

+ Location of hotel is excellent - If you are coming from north america you may not find this hotel to your standards for the price you are paying. rooms are old and well used and could use a little paint and repair. no extra's in the room either like coffee and tea making equipment that we would be used to. breakfast is the same every morning and some fruit might be nice change. german and austrian hotels are much better, as far as food,friendliness and cleanliness and prices are better too.
