+ I really like the hotel and its peaceful ambience. the service was very good. breakfast was fine though not so impressive. - The only downside i saw the distance from city. though there is enough connectivity, it is a tiring journey of atleast 1.5 hrs specially during the nights. a bit costly affair too..

+ Helpful staff. - A free airport shuttle would be nice to/from airport. we spent a lot of money on taxis from amsterdam to the airport.

+ The staff was helpful and friendly. - Little far from amsterdam central station. its good to take one strippenkart 15 for a retrun journey. one need to take bus 170 driven by connexions.

+ People at front desk very accomodating and helpful. - No elevator. furniture in room worn and ugly. it is not near the airport or downtown - inconvenient.
