+ hotel staff - room size, cold floor in bathroom

+ I liked how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre and how it the tram 2 was right outside the hotel.

+ good breakfast - noise insulation is not great, the € 9.00 per night city guest tax is bs,however this is not the hotels fault
