The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help. - The wifi lan internet as described as a free service when i booked the room was not offered for free. the morning staff asked me every morning if i was checking out before i left the hotel (noone was at the reception and the door was locked every morning so i opened it myself then staff followed me into the street and asking if i was checking out)

It was central and easy to get to everything and local reastuarants around. also the manager sent and email out with information about the hotel and the area which was brilliant. - The website is nothing like the hotel. it was very dark and not very pleasant for the cost. breakfast room was nothing to what i expected.

The location is great. it is only across the road from the museums and walking distance to transportation. it is actually possible to walk everywhere in the centre from the hotel. - I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the low standard of cleanliness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. - I've booked the room for 2 nights, however after the 1st night at about 11:30am i've got a call from reception saying that my checkout time has passed, etc. i answered that i've booked for 2 nights and i'm not going to checkout today. they said they sorry and there's a mistake or somthing. also internet connection: they've god a wifi router just in reception hall. so it's a bit slow on 2nd floor.

The art gallery hotel was pleasent in the fact that it was quite quiet. the rooms were comfy, despite looking a bit drab. the hotel staff were friendly, informative and had a good manner. - The room was quite dreary and the stairs were tiring (over 50 steep steps to the 3rd floor!)
