+ Amazing for the price!! close to the center, comfy clean beds, quiet, will defently stay there again - No smoking rooms, toilets and showers a bit too small, stairs very steep

+ Simple rooms for nice price (discount included) - Appartment very different to website immage. 4e floor, could be very difficult for some people

+ It was nice to have a whole apartment and to have cooking equipment. - We were expecting two separate bedrooms when in fact the apartment was all open plan (with a door to pull across ot make it into two "rooms"). this wasn't ideal as we were travelling with our mother-in-law (and to get to the toilet one person had to walk past the other person in bed). we were also charged 4% extra for paying with a credit card, which we weren't expecting (but had to pay as we had no other form of payment). it was more basic than other apartments that we have stayed in before.

+ The team at alexanders apartments were awesome, really helpful and honest, thanks for a great stay.

+ The studio was clean and warm, not so quite. good location. - The photo advertised for our studio was nothing like the one we were in. however we enjoyed our stay non the less.

+ Great location in da costatraat self catering apartment for 2 people, large supermarket across the road and snack bar opposite the building, 20 minutes walk from dam square and the lidesplien area of town, quiet location in a side street, good local transport, tram and bus route into town 20 metres away. - No negative comments

+ It was a great place for our group of friends to crash. it was a bit crowded for 6-7 people, but cozy and we all enjoyed our stay in the city. it was a great location for what we wanted to do--a quiet neighborhood right by the museum district. - The incredibly steep stairs were a bit difficult, but added to the charm of the place. the shower was tiny and smelled nasty, but bearable. the directions to get there from the tram weren't great and we spent a while wandering around trying to find the place.

+ The guy was really friendly, i arrived two hours earlier than programmed, called the guy and in 15min he was at th apartment handing the key over and going thru everything with a smile. - Yes, the building i did not like, it had no reference as to being alex's apartments, nor a doorbell anyone would answer, it is kinda beaten down, there's a tiny staircase as soon as you open the door were you can bearly drag your stuff up...and they chrged me more because i payed with a credit card, that was a surprise, i payed of course, didn't have no where to go...and they mademe sign a deposit voucher for 25 additional euros, wish i hope they will destroy.

+ Heating worked - Shoebox-sized shower/toilet facilities, dubious wiring, cupboard space unusable as full of junk
