Great location just a half block from the Rijksmuseum, Van Gough museum and a tram stop, friendly staff, great breakfast spread, small but servicable, clean room. What more could you want?

In a fantastic area right by all the great bars and eateries. On a great tram line easy access to the Van Gogh & Heineken Museums and just the best place for chilling out and having a good laugh with friends.

Hotel molto onesto, in una posizione molto carina e comoda a pochi passi dalla leiden. Personale veramente gentile e simpatico. Camera pulita anche se un pò strettina, ma d'altronde era una quadrupla. Accesso ai piani superiori comodo solo in ascensore. Molto raccomandato per il rapporto prezzo/qualità. **** Fair value hotel, very good location at walking distance from leiden square. Personnel nice and caring. Clean room maybe a little narrow, but it was a quadruple room. Upstairs floors access comfortable via lift. Overall recommended, high value for money.

Rooms are really small and stairs steep. But rooms are clean and pretty silent, cold breakfast deceant, wifi free and the price reasonable. We'll recommend.

A small Hotel well situated with COMPETENT employees. Rooms are small and their attached bathrooms are really TOO SMALL. Good breakfast.

+ I arrived early before normal checkin time and was offered complimentary breakfast. - Hotel converted my bill from eur to cad without first telling me and charged a higher exchange rate than mastercard would have. this is an unnecessary rippoff of their guests and will keep me from booking this hotel again.

+ The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free wireless internet was nice, although it did not reach our room on the 4th floor. Luggage storage was useful. The free breakfast was good. - We had to pay to use the locker.
