+we had no idea there was no cleaning service as we assumed it was a hotal and the rooms will be cleaned and beds made...the staff is not available all the time so we had major communication problem specially to check out -shud have elevators, have a phone which commutes with the reception as we were in the 4th floor and for all help questions had to go down

+I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and terrace off the apartment. -BHeating was not working properly, very cold, especially with children. Also, there was no matches or lighter to use the stove.

+The space of the apartment! My children had their own room plus a living room to play in at night.

+The apartments were clean and spacious. Much better than the same price for a hotel. -Staff was not available at all times. Also directions on how to get to the hotel were not clear.

+Complimentary breakfast and cocktails provided. We had a late check in (after 1am) and were late but the staff still waited for us. The apartment was well equipped with good views. The location was close to the bus station on Venezia and to all attractions. -It wasnt named so we spent a couple of hours looking for it. We had no map of the area either.

+we liked the amount of space, the kitchen and and bathroom and the location in Venice.

+It was a nice place, comfortable rooms, like home. We really enyoed or stay there.

+It was very spacious and comfortable. -It is far removed from the main railway station, contrary to what we were informed. It is, of course, not a hotel at all, but a self catering apartment.

+The location is so good, very calm area, a canal down in the street, the flat is large and comfortable, fits 4 ppl easily, clean bathroom and very good kitchen that u can prepare ur own food, price is so cheap relative to location and size. i totally recommend it.

+location was wonderful, liked the old with the new decor and the gondola's from the bedroom window on the canal below was outstanding.
