Good hotel but room in basement was smelt damp and had ants in bathroom The room let the hotel down overall which is shame as the service was very good. Friends who had a room on 2nd floor had no problem.

I got a very special rate so I can not really complain but an underground room in a 4 star hotel is not quite acceptable

A Quiet, Private Room in Rome We were very impressed with this property. Its in a quiet, attractive neighborhood - a nice room and bath, great breakfast and helpful desk staff. Short walk to good meals, too.

Can’t wait to go back . Stayed here for 3 days , front desk staff were always very helpful .. when checking in we were given a map and all major landmarks were marked out for us .. the hotel itself is only 2 metro stops away from the termini station and rides are only 1 euro .. hotel itself was very clean as was our room itself .. continental breakfast in the morn. was very good .. the only draw back was there are’nt any restaurants or supermarkets near by so eat b4 you get back to your rm. would certainly stay here again .

We had a horrible horrible stay at Villa Patrizi. This hotel seems to be severly mismanaged. When we arrived, we were told that "there were something wrong with our rooms" and that they had arranged for us to be transferred to another hotel for the same p

Good Hotel Dont expect many supermarkets, we hardly saw any! Look out for the roman petrol stations, quite unique compared to the UK.

+ Location was good and the conversion from a Villa to a hotel was preformed tastefully - Very small bathrooms
