+ Location - No coffee tea facilities, no info on fire drills, ect or any info on going outside and across the street to collect breakfast,E

+ The location was excellent. - We ordered a room with two double beds, however when we arrived we were given a room with one double bed and a set of twin bunks. not great when you have two couples!!!!! the drain in the shower was also blocked and we had four people staying in the one room which didn't make it desirable to have a shower when you had to stand in water from three other people in the bottom! also, the hotel was extremely noisy at night with people coming and going at all hours of the morning. our sleep was disrupted many a time both nights we stayed.

+ Is nice location but small room & entece to hotel not nice and safe. - no.

+ 1. the location was very good for us as we needed to catch trains from the termini station and so the walking distance made it easier to sightsee. 2. a large flatscreen tv in the room was very good. 3. the staff at the hotel were generally pleasant, although they were also very pushy that we give them a favourable online review, as a 'favour' -- we were asked to do this multiple times, the first being even before we had seen our room - which we thought was unacceptable. - There were multiple negatives: 1. this hotel charged us a extra 5% for paying with a credit card (so the advertised 'low' price was a sham), which we think is completely unethical -- our hotel in venice (also a small b&b) informed us that this was a violation of their contract with the credit card companies & that no hotel should do this. they urged us to report this. 2. the room size (we booked a double room) was tiny, with scarcely enough room to put our luggage (the bed covered almost all of the room). 3. the bathroom was unclean when we checked in (other people's hair and used soap was in the soap dish) - we had to clean out the shower area by ourselves. 4. the noise levels were unacceptable - from our room, we could hear people buzzing the lobby after midnight and phones ringing very early in the morning - this disturbed our sleep. 5. the 'breakfast' was measely - a nearby cafe where we were sent, offered a single brioche and a small drink.

+ Didnt spend much time in the hotel as we were there to see the city but i was glad to have a hotel located centrally that was clean and comfortable enough to sleep with a good size bathroom.........at a good price.

+ Good location and only few steps from termini station.good value for money,very friendly staffs thanks to ate lina who guided us throughout our stay.the hotel is very very clean.we had a good nap every afternoon as we were so tired going out everyday and we had no problem coming back to the hotel even very late at night.we've got our keys so,we can come anytime if we want.we really like this hotel and we already recommend our friends to stay in this hotel and we would definitely coming back and stay in this hotel again. - No.

+ Good location, rooms clean. - Breakfast very basic

- The worst thing is that they charge you 5% service fee if you pay with bank card, i mean any card.

+ Clean and tidy very helpful staff (lina was great very helpful and also spoke good english) a very central location and quiet have no hesitation in recommending it.
