Enjoyed the hotel, except for the very hard/uncomfortable beds. The hotel is in an amazing location - a quite side street in the middle of the main shopping area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

+ Good breakfast and restaurant staff very friendly. location great as could walk to all major attractions. room clean and functional. - Stayed in room 101 which had unusual window with no view except the street pavement. hotel roof top restaurant lovely but way over priced.

A Roman Gem If you have a connecting flight with a short gap between then take some items in your hand luggage ie underwear, toiletries etc as if your bag goes missing, as ours did, then your first job upon arrival is to visit the shops to buy essentials.

+ Reception & front of house staff very helpful - Would have preferred fresh (rather than tinned) fruit at breakfast

The valadier hotel was great. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to the steps of Spain. The service was good. The free breakfast was good; however, the menu did not change for the five days we were there. The room was very small, but quaint. There was a mirror on the ceiling over the bed!?!? We really liked this hotel ;-).

Room for 2 persons was too small and air-conditioning did not work correctly. It took me 2 days and 2 sleepless nights because of heat to be moved to another room.

great location! the hotel is located to make it really accessible to all major sites - we didn't use metro, buses or cabs.
