Very friendly staff. No issue with the accomodation. Probably not worth their 4 stars. Access to center city not easy (walk + bus + metro or hotel shuttle + metro). Surrounding of the hotel really bad.

Location was really far from where we expected it to be. It was on top of a hill and your proximity was difficult although the hotel provided shuttle service but these were on schedule basis. The hotel is ideal for honeymooners or the likes but not for people intending to visit the center of Rome.

We should have known with a name like the "Summit Roma Hotel" that it would be at the top of hill! We used the train service to arrive given that the map showed the Stazione Aurelia to be close to the hotel. It is. But to get to the hotel involves a hike up a hill. No fun with two large suitcases and two kids!

The Rooms were very clean and welcoming, when we arrived the receptionist had some trouble with english. But overall everything was just as if not higher than we were expecting.

I booked this hotel because of the amenities that it says it offers... tv only has shows in Italian, I did not find an exercise room, no business center where you can access the internet. Their boutique never opens. The refrigerator in the room does not get cold.
