Great location, nice and very clean hotel. Very friendly english speaking staff, help whenever you want. When we arrived, airconditioning was broken but it was not a problem for us. I think the price should be a bit lower.

The room was small but very nice and clean. The bathroom was renovated to high standard last year. Breakfast included and with a delicious capuccino from the bar. Nice and helpful staff. From the hotel we could walk to Colloseum, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi. Five minutes walk to the railwaystation. A lot of nice restaurants just nearby the hotel Serena.

Excellent location, just two blocks away from the Train/subway station. The rooms are very nice, is just like the picture at venere, everything is very clean. The breakfast is the tipical hotel breakfast: croissants, bread, toasts, jam, butter, juice, very simple, but very nice. The attention is quite good, the two guys of the night round were very nice. I spent here 3 nights with my girlfriend and we will stay here again. 100% recommended

Although the room was small, it had a great bathroom and we had everything we needed. Staff were charming and helpful and location was great for us - close to the railway station, transport, restaurants, food shops, walking distance to tours and landmarks. Breakfast was the best we had in Rome - very good pastries and coffee, lovely breakfast room and staff. Beautiful old lift and so quiet! We will definitely stay here when we next visit Roma!

If you need to be near the train station and won’t be staying for long, this hotel will suffice. It’s a quick two blocks west of Rome Termini, on the second floor (with an elevator) of an older building in a relatively gritty neighborhood. The room was tiny but clean and fully equipped with refrigerator, safe and satellite TV. The bathroom was larger than many others, with white mosaic tiles, shower, bidet and hairdryer. Hotel staff were cordial and helpful, and there were several internet points within one block. Breakfast was about average, with salami, cheese, croissants and coffee from a machine. It’s hard to find reasonably-priced rooms in Rome, and we thought 140 euros a night was still high for what we got, but we didn’t have any real complaints about the hotel. (However, you could smell Chinese food cooking nearby.) We would recommend Hotel Serena only if you needed an inexpensive place near the train station to sleep for a night or two.

It is very close to Termini station (just 2 blocks away) so it's a very convenient place to stay. The room is very small but good enough for just sleeping (bed is quite big). The bath was clean and towels were changed daily. On the negative side, the hairdryer was broken and the breakfast was the same everyday (and not too many things to choose from)
