Residenza Ave Hotel Rome

+ Excellent location made it easy to see the sights in the day and close to the bars and restaurants at night. - Hard to identify hotel from the outsude, taxi driver dropped us 500m down the road.

+ I absolutely loved this place! i can't say enough about salvo, the manager of the hotel!!! he is absolutely fantastic!!! he was so helpful. salvo went so above and beyond what you would expect anyone to ever do for you at a hotel! the hotel is in the most fantastic of locations! we (my son and i) walked back from the vatican with ease! the piazza novonna is right around the corner and down about 200 meters, so short a walking distance, my handicapped sister walked it twice with no problem! salvo, came outside with us after check in to point out where all the great sites were and how to get there from the hotel! he walked us over to the umberto bridge so we could see the vatican at night! the next day, i lost my sister at the vatican (she ended up going out a different exit and that's the last my son and i saw of her) we got back to the residenza roma to see if she was there, when she wasn't there, the girl at the hotel could see i was nervous and called salvo. he came in on his time off to help us figure out how to find my sister. he even volunteered to drive us back to the vatican to try to find her! i can't say enough good things about salvo, the hotel's location and everything else about this place. i highly recommend it to all!!! have a great time! - Nothing!

Great Location and very friendly staff. When we arrived the manager Mr. Salvo took time to give us a great orientation and showed the easiest ways around the city center. At day time the Hostess Miss Vera give us a great service. I can recommend this small but very cosy hotel. The location is excellent - you are within walking disatnce to all the major sigths. Fantastic city ass well.

+ The hotel was a joy to stay in. it was so individual, almost baroque in its decor and the room felt very special because of this. all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. the location was central safe and secure,
