The staff were very attentive , location excellent ,could not have had a nicer stay. Rooms were very clean and spacey. Was concerned about other reviews ...unfounded on my stay.

Excellent! I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend for a romantic few days away. The hotel was fabulous and lived up to all our expectations. The staff are so friendly and always helpful. We had a lovely room and the location is good, only 5-10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Definately recommend it!

The hotel was located across from the American Embassy and was close by the Spanish Steps and a great shopping area, the Borghese Gallery and Park, the Trevi Fountain and many of Rome's historic sites. We walked everywhere!

Elegant, friendly, efficient and very well located.Excellent breakfast and services, including concierge, room service, reception, chambermaids, and handyman. No less elegant than the other 5 star hotels, including the Eden.

We liked the entrance and the bar with a kind, elderly gentlemen that was wonderful. However, the other staff specifically the concierges were awful. The sent us to the worst restaurants that were typical tourist traps so that they could make a comission (or so we thought). When we asked to be sent to the top five restaurants in rome they told us they were full and recommended one of the local tourist traps. So I did my own bookings and miracleously the restaurants were able to accomodate us. Make sure you do not go to Ristorante Tuscana which they typically refer you to because its around the corner and we think they get a cut of the commission. The rooms are clean but the bathroom smells and it is not up to date with typical five star accomodations. The staff was not helpful with reservations, or booking passes, tickets etc. Actually, they knew less about Rome than we did! Don't expect a pool, spa or any extra ammenities. Good location.
