The Staff was excellent, helpful and nice, very good service. A little minus for the air condition in one of the two rooms.

I have to say that the staffs on the front desk were the most helpful and kindness. The multilingual staffs provides a high standard of personalized service. Some of them can speak Japanese a little. We Japanese feel secure. The room is clean, and security is the best. A little minus is the breakfast is a little poor?? But we recommend this hotel for our friends. When we go to Rome ,we want to stay this hotel again.(Rome is fantastic)

Even though an employee at Venere somehow stole my credit card info and charged $500, the hotel was great. The hotel employees are helpful and understand English. The breakfast in the morning was excellent (especially the coffee). It is near both the Replubicca and Termini station. Lots of restaraunts and shops are nearby. I would stay hear again.
