This Hotel fits into the "Don't Judge a book by it Cover" senario, once inside your room you will be pleasantly suprised. The Hotel was being renovated whilst we were there but it not affect us in anyway. There was a porter service which was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to recommending restaurants to dine and general directions for Rome. We had book two rooms both of which were newly renovated. On our second day we were moved rooms both once again newly renovated and a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was included in our deal however it wasn't the greatest but it was enough to get you started for the day.

Avoid this hotel. I should have done, but failed to read reviews before booking. They charged us 117 euros rather than the agreed price of 101 euros on the booking form, but had some slippery story about promotions and time of year....

First time in Rome and we had great weeks holiday The hotel was not expensive but the rooms are badly in need of renovation. It is central enough [about 15 mins. from metro, trains and 'buses]. We would stay here again but only if the rooms were done up.

“Clean, friendly, quiet, well-located. Rooms are small, but the water is hot. Breakfast is hearty. Nearby there are cheaper) restaurants than I saw in other parts of central Rome. I'd stay there again in a flash.”

Small rooms, bath tiny, could only sit in it, and lift service not very good. Breakfast choices like meat and cheese unrefrigerated, and other choices limited. The staff were helpful though with limited language skills. The hotel is close to via vittorio veneto and about a 20 minute walk from the City Centre, Piazza di Spagna and The Villa Borghese.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life. The rooms are small, cramped, poor lightening, extremely tiny bathtubs, unclean, bugs, and staff gave misinformation about taxis, directions, trains and anything else asked of them. I would...

The hotal was run down, old, didn't live up to the expectations at all. Didning room depressing, and food poor.
