I went to Rome in April 07 to get married, we stayed at the Ponte Sisto Hotel and had our wedding reception in the beautiful courtyard garden. We had a total number of 28 people all of which stayed at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and helped make our day even more special. The food was beautiful and the champagne flowed all day. It was a fantastic experience and everyone who went thought so too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Rome.

The garden was breathtaking, and lovely breakfast. The rooftop had so many views. We had balconies from the room and bathroom. Georgeous. So well centralized to walk the city. And I can't leave out the staff. Bravo to all and thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Especially Donatella- you're the best.

Our group of 10 stayed at the Ponte Sisto for 6 nights in Mid October. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was more than anyone could want and the service super. The hotel was very clean and the room cleaning excellent. The staff was very efficient and one even looked up a phone number of a relative for me. The courtyard is such a pleasant place to relax. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Rome. The location is right in the middle of everything.

Pregnant lady at reception area was excellent, you should hire more like her baggage help superb and a very joyful person, maids were the best and Breakfast help was terrific! The two gentlemen at reception area needed some people skill training. They were cooled and indifferent and not very helpful! Asked for a taxi for 6, said that was not possible, so my cousins took bus and met us at the Spanish steps, the irony was a taxi showed up large enough for 6 and we were able to get the same upon return, while being foreigners and little language skills. I felt I was putting them out every time I asked a questions!

The Ponte Sisto Hotel is spotless and has an excellent location just across the river from the Trastevere, close to the Campo dei Fiori and within walking distance of the Vatican and the Palatino. I had spent the previous two weeks in the Le Marche region of Italy enjoying "Italian breakfasts" and the breakfast at the Ponte Sisto (bacon and scrambled egg) was a lovely treat. The hotel also provides a taxi service to the airport which at €50 by Roma's standards is quite reasonable. I initially had a problem with my room which the hotel sorted quickly and efficiently. All in all a delightful stay, and when I return to Rome I will definitely stay here again.
