+ Excellent and maybe the best location in rome. nice hotel. i would recomend to take the double superior room - much bigger than the standart and very cosy. - The breakfast is poor.

+ The hotel was situated in a great area, very central near the spanish steps and a large range of nice and expensif shops.stuff was very helpfull even if language problems - Room was a bit dissapointing for the price.not large choice of breakfast.room to recomand more to young couples on city trip then to families or other.

This hotel is strategicall located and very convenient to the shoppers for the world renowned brands. It is also 3 minute walking distance to the Spanish Steps. The reception peole are quite friendly and we have quite enjoyed. However, hotel is quit small and no elvators. We had to struggle with 3 big luggages to move upto 4th floors up & down. No facility except the breakfast room. For shoppers with small luggage and sight seeing, I recommend this hotel but not to people who want to relax utlizing the facilities. BUT I DID HAVE ENJOYED ROME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location for the hotel is perferct, you can have a view of spanish steps from the window. The room is very small and facilities in the room is old. If you expect a very good location and without staying in the room for too long time, this hotel can be recommended.

Location is excellent, beware that there is no lift. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities. Nice, small clean rooms.
