The problem with the Nizza Hotel is its management...plain and simple. I was treated very rudely by the day-time female manager, to the point of duress. As a woman travelling on my own, and a Platinum club member, I can assure you that I will never book into this hotel again.

Perfect location to train and attractions. Older hotel. We had a lovely big room. Very quiet. Very adequate breakfast. Luggage storage facilities perfect for a quick economical stay in Roma.

The hotel was located very close to Termini station on a bit more quiet street, so location was very good. The room was very clean, although decorations were rather old. The staff was very friendly. I think this hotel is very good value for money, and I would happily stay there again.

The hotel is charming but very tired looking and the room whilst a good size, was dusty, threadbare furnishings, lumpy beds and not especially clean, so we decided to change hotels for the duration of our stay in Rome. The staff however were very friendly & keen to assist us.

- The bathroom is in poor condition (hot/cold water not fixed). The room is not cleaned properly. Breakfast is so poorly presented and managed.
