The first impression was not so good,we had to wait more than an Hour to get our Room.Our Room was clean and tidy. Perfect place if you don't want to spend your time in the hotel.Rooms facing the street are noisy.

The price offered is relatively cheap compared to other hotels that i have stayed before. The room is clean and the bath room just renovated with all basic facilities hot water and hair dryer. I was disappointed that the mini bar in the room was out of order, as I was expecting one during the stay according to the website. TV has no english channels. The elevetor is too old and need to close the doors manually after every use. Overall the stay was good and I will stay there again next time.

This is a standard Roma simple cheap hotel. Small room with clean bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, good location if you need the trains, overall perfect for someone returning to Rome who just needs a room to sleep and shower. Not the best area for a mid-price tourist. No phone in rooms, contrary to advertising. Will definitely stay again.

paint, carpets of the room durty and dusty, electric system out of order. it was impossible to connect airbrush, accu for mobile phone or camera... no hot water the 2nd day. mildew +++ in the bathroom.

I was in Rome for 4 nights. My first night's stay was in Hotel New York and it was a complete disaster. The rooms are smelly, dirty and uncomfortable. The attached bathrooms were very smelly and uncomfortable. Worst problem was, when the neighbours or other tenants smoke, it gets into the room somehow at night. It was a horrible experience. The following nights I stayed in another hotel for just 10Euros more and it was a world of difference. Ohh btw the elevator leading up to Hotel New York felt unsafe too.

Everything is good, as expected. Only be sure to have cash to pay the hotel, DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, ONLY CASH. Breakfast was good, bread, coffee, juice, butter and confiture. Rooms are big enough, bathroom good too. I recomend the hotel. Only exception was the lift, is old, and if somebody leave the doors open It doesn't work, so sometimes you gotta go up by stairs (3rd. Floor)

The first impression was awful. The elevator did not work at that moment so we had to go upstairs to the third floor with our luggages. The poor light of the stairs showed us the ruined walls while we were going to the hotel recepcion. The room was too small and we hadn't tv, so next day we told it to the recepcionist. We just had it at night. The main problem was when we were going to pay. The hotel attendant said us they didn't accept credit cards. After a disagreement we couldn't pay with it. We are very disapointed about that.

due to some problems there wasn't hor water in the room and they didn't notified us before we tried to take a shower and realized that there isn't water

Hotel location is excellent as is close to the Railway Station. I stayed in this hotel twice within a space of two weeks. The first time the bathroom does NOT have a toilet seat and the shower was functioning like giving out a mist! I honestly do not think I should pay 120 Euros per night to stay in this kind of environment.
