I stayed here in 2000, I know it's late but the only thing that moves fast in Italy are the cars. The location was great! We rode the bus walked and caught the train very easily. The staff was great, when my luggage was left in Paris the hotel staff picked it up at the airport for me an delivered it to me by the next morning. We checked in at 7pm. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit, pastry and hot chocolate which is typical of a free brakfast. The room was comfortable and we had enough room for the two of us, the room also had a safe for valuables. For things like your passport which you don't want to cary around the city with. The staff was very helpful and spoke english. If I ever get to go back Italy I will stay at this hotel.

stayed for 3 nights May 2007. Staff vey friendly and helpful, with advice on maps, directions etc. Nothing was too much trouble - even getting us a cup of tea at 2 a.m. in the morning!

This hotel was recommended by Rick Steve's and we had a fine stay there. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy, this one was average. The value is good, location to Termini is awesome, and the hotel itself is clean and quiet. The only weird note is that while there, I observed the desk staff speaking harshly/arguing with two separate clients! It seemed that in any case where guests arriving or departing would have special requests or such, the hotel staff reacted very poorly. They say your customer service is judged by when things go wrong, how you handle it. Although nothing personally occurred with us, the staff was really quite rude to two guests that I saw. I would not recommend just for this reason; the last thing you want after an exhausting flight, long day, and all of that is trouble when you have a special request.

The hotel is very well located beetween the railway station "Termini" and the city center. For exemple, you can join "Piazzia di Spagna" or the Trevi fountain in only 10 minutes by foot. People, in this hotel, are very friendly, they give you a lot of in

You get what you pay for! This 2 star b&b is small but comfortable. The room was serviced well every day and there was just about enough space to move around. Some noise during the night from reception as noise travels in the big open hallways.

The location relative to the Stazione Centrale was excellent. . .many sites are within walking distance unless you have trouble walking.
