This hotel was very clean and ideally located close to Termini. Great bathroom. But note that the hotel and reception are up three flights of stairs - no lift. Not too bad if staying a few nights but a one night stopover was taxing. I would stay here again but for more than one night.

It has no breakfast included. It has many stairs to climb to reach the 4th flour. But it was in a good location and the room was big enough for the 3 of us. It could even have managed 5 people!

This hotel is in a good position for public transport and eating, 10 mins walk to centre. Not cheap, but none are. Cash requested. Reception on second floor, bedrooms on 4th floor, no lift, not uncommon in Rome, but it might say so. Not good for the older client with a heavy suitcase. Under re-furbishment so entry areas tatty, but rooms with new furniture and comfortable bed. Quiet in hotel, but road noisy even though backstreet, where isn't in a capital city? Midnight curfew, as entry door to rooms has to be opened. Good security. Couple of problems with room. One put right, one 'tomorrow''tomorrow'. Safe advertised but key not forthcoming. Overall not bad, but not entirely as expected.

I had a nice stay in this family driven hotel located in the center of Rome. Close to the Railway station and to the subways and buses that leave from Piazza dei Cinquecento, you can conveniently reach all of Rome's most beautiful and famous monuments and museums. Room was clean and confortable with simple elegance and attention to every detail. Optimum quality for the price. Very kind and professional staff. Truly recommended !!!

The price was very interesting on the web.The bedroom was clean but very old with lots of work to do inside.I recommend this hotel for teenagers or for friends and for a couple without children with few money.

January in Rome can be quite cold... and there was neither heating nor hot water for most of the stay.... maybe in summer is an acceptable place where to sleep.

We arrived and waited over an hour to be let in. There was not reception nor at the alternative floor. Several phone calls were required till eventually a housekeeper came. The room had a slit of window and was overpriced compared to alternatives right next door with much better service. We in the end refused to stay. This would rate as the worst I have ever seen after the equivalent of staying 3 plus years of hotels. Lugging luggage up 2 flights of stairs without lift to get to reception did not help. Then having to go up another 2 floors to the alternative when reception is unattended without success was even worse
