I think it's a comfortable small hotel and pretty cheap also, but maybe there is some noise just out of the rooms and in the passages too

DO NOT GO HERE!  What a rip off!  First of all, it is listed as having A/C.  Well, it HAS A/C, but you have to pay an ADDITIONAL 5 euro/day AND give them a 20 euro deposit.  What?  And it was as hot as heck when I went, but I refused to pay extra for something that I was told was included in my rate.  (And there is no fan and if you keep the window open to try and stay cool, it's REALLY noisy.  Really.  I couldn't even sleep in late if I tried.  I honestly did not get a good night's sleep while I was there.)  Also, it's in a pretty bad neighborhood--nice.  Women traveling alone should definitely beware.  (Apparently, anywhere to the north of Termini train station is BAD.)  An Italian male friend of mine was VERY apprehensive about the area when he stopped by at around 9:30pm.  Also, beware if they give you anything "for free," because you will end up paying for it.  (I am used to hotels giving you things "complimentary."  That doesn't exist here.)  The ONLY good thing is that it's about a block away from Termini (major train station in Rome).  Also, the rooms are really small and the bathrooms are ill-conceived.  For example, the toilet paper rack is by the sink.  "Why?" you may ask.  Well, that's because the SHOWER IS OVER THE TOILET.  So ridiculous.  And if you have a room on the first floor, you hear EVERYTHING in the building and outside--the walls are ridiculously thin.

It was not what I expected it to looked like. The furniture was deteriorated. I've to asked for the TV remote for the reception. The breakfast is not worth to be paid 6 Euro. Overall it was dissappointing.

Rooms were cold and the reception assistant refused to turn on the radiator. Breakfast was really poor. The rest corresponds to what one can see on your website

Somewhat old and run down. Lobby full of a noisy student group first day. Room had a bath, but was more like a cavern, similar to no star hotel without a bath 20 years ago.

The Hotel is nearest of Temrini station this is a good point for the Hotel. The rooms are in remodeling, but today the rooms aren't like the photographies in the web. You can consider it like a good option.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, although we had to pay an extra 5 Euros each room per night to access the air conditioning. Situated very near the Termini Station so very convenient. No lift so three flights of stairs with large bags!

The rooms were small but quite clean. The public areas were just ok. The view from the room windows was horrible: backyard with rubbish bins and no sunshine at all. Ok for one night but I would not recommend for longer stay.
