Some of the twins and doubles benefit from their own balcony and all of the guest rooms offer modern facilities such as air conditioning and heating, an LCD screen TV, a hair dryer, sheets and towels and wireless Internet access. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. If you are travelling by car, a private guarded parking lot is available at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is well situated at 100 meters of subway, Linea A, be at 4 stations of the historical center (Piazza di Spagna). If you come in car, you have a safe private parking. But the best is the staff who's helpfull and very kind. A very good adress to go in Roma and Vaticano.

+ Lt rooms are a subdivided apartment with a small kitchen. the rooms are clean and comfy. alejandra does a good job keeping the place up. the location is out of the way, about 4 subway stops from tourist parts of rome.

+ Very welcomimg and efficient staff. lovely airy room with balcony, comfortable, immaculatly clean and well furnished. it was particularly nice to have access to a kitchen with breakfast laid out each day so that we were able to take this and eat on the room balcony. although it is a little way out of the centre of rome the metro is literally on the doorstep and we found this very easy to use, just beware of the 10pm closure of the metro!

+ Very clean, great staff, very friendly & helpful. good location, metro train down the road, so easy to get anywhere. breakfast is fantastic for europe & you can help yourself to the fridge during the day. would recomend this hotel, cant complain about a single thing!

+ Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and close to metro line. - Limited choice for dining locally and whilst we were there metro line a closed 22.00 hrs. awareness of correct bus routes essential (see staff).

+ The staff were so pleasant and really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable, the shared kitchen facilities were excellent you were able to use what was in there at anytime, as well as free internet access and a wifi service if needed, rooms were modern and very clean.

+ Your b&b is great. just renovated, very nice people, internet, nice location. everything went nice and easy. thanks! - Please, it is no need to change towels every day. muesli, yoghurt and fruits for breakfast would make my morning even better in your b&b.
