+ I loved staying at this b&b. the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. the location is great and quiet at night. i would recommend this b&b to my friends.

- We booked two rooms for one night the hotel double booked and had to move us to a hotel around the corner which wasnt as nice. however they gave us a slight discount.

+ The hotel is in an ideal location, adjecent to the vatican walls and about 1 minute walk to st peters' square. the metro, trams and buses are all outside the hotel and it is only a 30 minute drive from the airport. we were able to spend days sight seeing in rome but also spent a few days at the beach which was about 45 minutes travel on the metro. the hotel room was compact with air conditioning and was cleaned to a high standard daily. the staff were friendly and helpful. - There is no dining room so breakfast is served in your room. breakfast consisted of tea or coffee, juice, a croissant and some crisp bread. a kettle was not provided so you could not make yourself a cup of tea or coffee.

+ The hotel was very clean and tidy and fantistically situated only 5 minutes walk from st. peter's and the vatican. we asked for certain things at breakfast (peaches, bananas, croissants, coffee, hot choc., butter/jam) and received them! so, you need to ask for what you would like! the staff were very polite too. - The only negative thing was that we wanted to eat our breakfast at different times each day (one day in particular to get up at 7 to go and see the vatican). however, as the hotel staff are not around all day, or after mid-morning, it was impossible to tell anyone that we wanted our breakfast brought to our room at a different time to the previous day.

- I had confirmed the booking with the hotel and spoken on the phone with angelo. we got to the hotel to find it was not ready for us. i have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair, and we we offered another room in a place where there was no lift, we refused to stay there and then had to find a different place to stay at. at no time did angelo get in touch and apologise, even though i had confirmed when we were arriving and had mentioned my daughter is disabled.

+ Stayed @ best suites not hotel. location perfect 50 metres from trevi fountain but very quiet. staff were very helpful and accommodating. excellent base to see rome. - Staff not on premises all the time and terrace locked on some occasions.

+ Excellent location, we could see the vatican from our window. the staff were very helpful and couteous.

+ Very nice and helpful staff,immaculate,close to vatican,shops and metro - Web description a little deceiving no hot breakfast available,room was a lot smaller than we imagined and we was sure we ordered a room with a 4 poster and got 2 single posterless beds together

+ Great place esp for the service, i would recommend it anytime and the location is fatastic

+ Great location for vatican, the staff were young but tried hard. room was clean and well equipped. - The manager was not on premises which created the feeling that they did not care about the guest experiences. no recommendations for restaurants, sights, etc. also taxi service was supposed to be called for trip to airport. no taxi arrived at the time despite statements by staff that it would be no problem. cot was uncomfortable. we couldn't sleep on it. breakfast is served in room with no place to sit. no dining room.
