- The description of the hotel on the internet said there was a kitchen in the room, free wifi and shuttle service to rome's historical center but when we got there, the hotel staff said there was a mix-up in the internet and they couldn't provide any of those services and amenities.

+ The location to the nearby trainstation for trains in to rome. beware that 5 minutes from the hotel means 5 minutes by car and not walking. - They could easily have made the hotel look better. just by washing the walls in the room, and by tightening loose screws and fixed the aircondition and a lot of small issues which where in fact easily repairable. the guys working there seemed lazy, showing no interest at all. the poor girl did everything from cleaning the rooms to serve breakfast even when she was sick. everything with a cute smile. i guess you get what you pay for, but with very little effort they could have raised the standard on this hotel to the next level.

+ The hotel was situated in a very nice town near a supermarket, coffee bars and restaurants. - The description of the room on the internet is very incorrect. we had a triple room which did not have a kitchen or living area as described that we would.
