+ Exellent staff, nothing was too much trouble especially joseph on the front door! - Small room and had a broken seat in the bathroom and no shower curtain so awkard to wash hair

+ 24/7 staff availability and willingness to help. - When we arrived there appeared to be no reservation in the hotel system (which however didn't affect us adversly in any way as we checked in smoothly and the reservation problems were resolved by the hotel staff the next day without our further involvement)

+ The pickup service arranged from the airport, storage of baggage, door staff very friendly offering tips on where to eat etc. - When having dinner on the roof terrace many items on the menu which i ordered where not available, such as ice cream... surely when your in rome it wouldnt be too hard for them to get ice-cream but obviously it was.

+ The hotel is quite impressive in terms of design and the location excellent, very central, 10mn walk from coliseum etc - I had no external window in my room -there was a window leading to a staff service staircase!-and despite the fact that the room was lovely, i felt extremely clautrophobic and had to leave hotle first thing in the morning instaed of relaxing there til lunchtime. the corridors being so dark do not help the claustrophobia! also the top floor bar was closed for most of the time i was there and the first floor one only had one bar attendant who kept disappearing when i needed a drink
