Although the location is good, this B&B is a dodgy place in a dodgy area.. Do not trust 2 first reviews.. Funny BOTH have the SAME grammatical mistakes, isn't it??

This B & B was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed available. Laura was a very nice "host" and helped us with our enquiries over the week. I would definately recommend staying here.

L'Incanto Di Roma is the most charming B & B we've come across on our travels. I can't praise this place enough. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. Fresh italian coffee and breakfast is provided daily. The kitchen has enough utensils to cook if so desired. Laura that runs L'Incanto is not only very friendly but also quite beautiful. Thanks Laura for making our stay in Rome memorable. BIG KISS X
