The location is excellent and the fact that we were upgraded to a junior suite after the first night. - It was a bit pricey considering it did not have a pool, spa or fitness facilities. I would have had a different opinion altogether if we had not been

Fantastic location right in the centre of all the action. stunning small hotel. our room (we were upgraded to the junior suite) was fabulous with a jacuzzi big enough for 2! the staff couldn't be more helpful, including bringing breakfast to your room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was nice. the room was comfortable and spacious. the location was central in the shopping and historic district- only 1 minute walk away from the spanish steps. - Having booked a twin room for myself and my mother, on arrival we placed in a double room that was supposed to be an upgrade. the room given was number 11, directly beside the breakfast room and kitchen area which meant we were subject to the din of the hotel guests eating breakfast from 0730hrs. the hotel is very small. the breakfast room is tiny and there is no restaurant or bar. the hotel justifies it's 5 stars by providing a brochure to a health spa several streets away which makes thoughts of pampering inconvenient. the hotel is really just a stylish bed and breakfast. my mother was disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, literally about five mins from the spanish steps. the hotel rooms, particularly the suites that we stayed in on the first floor, are beautiful - one had a huge jacquzi bath the other had a little balcony totally secluded off the bedroom. the staff are excellent too - very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast is a little sparce and the room very small.

Perfect location, so close to the spanish steps and all the designer shops. room 401 is the roof top terrace. the junior suite is huge and has a jacuzzi bath plus a shower box.the staff were excellent- very helpful. they booked some restaurants for us and let us use the internet to check our flight details.we had the continental breakfast in our room at no extra charge. bacon and eggs are available if you would like it for a small charge.the beds are very comfortable with fresh clean linen. the location is so handy for walking to the main tourist sights yet also so quiet at night for a good nights sleep after a long day sightseeing. - The breakfast room is small but if you have breakfast in your room its not such a problem. a lift is provided albeit rather small. send your cases up in it and then walk up to the reception on the first floor.the receptionist will bring your bags up for you if you are on the upper floors.
