I was just in Rome at the beginning of September 2006. In planning my trip, I found this B&B and thought it may be too good to be true, but everything they say on their description is true! How many B&B/hostels do you know that actually have 27inch LCD tv's in the rooms?? And 24hr in room PC & internet access?? And a six jet jacuzzi shower in the bathroom?? Not to mention that it is completely wi-fi. It was great being able to check my email from anywhere in the room & plug in my MP3 player!! At the time of my booking it was also only 24 euros/night/person. My friend and I shared a double room and let me tell you, we loved it there. At 1st glance you may find the neighbourhood a little sketchy (especially if it's your 1st time in Rome), but in reality my friend and I were completely comfortable and walked around even in the late hours of the night. By the way, there is a magnificent late-night gelato store just around the corner, which has the best gelato in Rome - and trust me we tried a lot. They sell a small cone for only 1 euro 50. The people in the neighbourhood were also very friendly. Anyway, regarding 1nternouno - the owner meets you when you arrive, and you pay in advance. The room was full of many amenities, including air conditioning. One piece of advice, if you are a late night eater, I would suggest to pick up snacks and store them in the fridge as many of the restaurants close around midnight. And as far as "breakfast included" is concerned, they really just supply you with a daily supply of croissants, jams, juices, and milk/tea/coffe. But to be honest, they made great snacks! It is close to the Metro stations and there are 2 buses that will drop you off within meters of the B&B. The Metro & bus system in Rome is very easy, so it is not difficult to get to the main attractions in Rome from the B&B. On their website they provide details on how to get to the stations, follow them as they are accurate. In any case, I would highly recommend this place. There's nothing like taking a relaxing "jacuzzi" shower at the end of a busy day of sight-seeing. In addition, it's even better to plug in your camera and review all of your pictures from the day on the big-screen tv. You can even burn your pics on the PC so you can free up your memory cards for the next day! This was a truly great experience, and it made my stay in Rome awesome. I stayed in 4 other hotels after this one during my stay in Italy and Span, and NOTHING came close! It is true what they say in the website...you don't want to leave!

+ Facilities (plasma TV, computer, aircon, etc) as described - Location is not the best - a fair walk from the subway line, and Rome is not the easiest city to navigate suburban streets, which can be quite confusing

+ We were looking for a triple room with internet access. There were many facilities from oven top, microwave to a computer that we could use to play DVD's on the big screen. The 8 head shower was a novelty. Close enough to the Metro (Piazza Bologna). Als

+ Room was quite spacious, compared to similar price point in other cities such as London and Paris. - No left-luggage facilities

+ As hotel location was a bit out-of-the-way, the hotel staff waited outside the building for me, despite the fact I arrived at least an hour later than anticipated. - Couldn't figure out if there was wifi access available - no documentation, but since a
