Hotel was near new when we stayed there, but was in disrepair. Hallway air conditioners were missing so hallways got very cold at night. We had to put towels at the bottom of the door to keep floor in room and tile in bathroom from freezing our feet....

The management at this hotel is horrible. Please do not book this hotel with a credit card. They will double bill you and will not reverse the charges. I have spent alot of time and money to resolve the issue and the hotel management refuses to...

The room was small and cramped with no air conditioning. The bar was poor - expensive, limited choice and uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited but acceptable with good beverages. Overall decor was very good. Location was excellent for us, with easy access to the tramways and all the major areas of interest. Overall, slightly disappointed but no complaints.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of August, and our stay was pretty good. The hotel itself was very nice; not a lot of room, but that was to be expected. The only draw back of this hotel was it is located a little far north of the city center. We were still able to walk to most of the sights, including the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza de Popolo, Villa Borghese, et cetera. We left early in the day and spent the entire day out and about, so the walking was not too bad. The cab was very expensive from the Leonardo Airport though, so either take the express train to Termini first, or make arrangements before you arrive - the ride cost us 90 Euro. All in all, a wonderful stay in an amazing city!
