+ Very practical location, right next to the station. friendly staf. you can keep the key, so you can come and go whenever you want. - They said the breakfast would be "simple", but only one croissant and a cup of coffee/tea is very simple...

The accommodation was lovely, the staff were helpful and the location was brilliant. I would certainly use this hotel again. It is ideal for families.

We spent at "Viennese" 3 nights: welcoming was warm, rooms very essential but clean including a small private bath. Location is really comfortable if you arrive by train (only 30 meters from Termini exit, via Marsala). Prices are comprehensive of breakfast (at local caffetteria) and overall i rate with friends a cheap, nice and intimate stay... Thanks.

The sewer gas that seemed to come up from the drain in the bathroom was difficult to deal with. The noisy, falling apart folding door to the bathroom was also unpleasant, along with the extremely loud fan that went on in the bathroom when the light was turned on. The persons who worked at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, probably the most positive aspect of the stay, along with the convenient location.

Very dirty surrounding with no parking opportunity. I had to pay extra 20 Euro for a misserable parking house, in top of all I should have left my car keys by the gate ?! I left the hotel after first night.

nice employees, clean rooms, good relation between price/quality, typical italian breakfast at the bar, perfect location for those arriving by train at Termini. For those who want to spend little money and don't expect the best it is the right location.

+ Although we came in 5 hours late and inconvenienced the hotel owners (they were sleeping), the service we got was wonderful. the owner was even so kind as to ask us if he could go get some food for us as we didn't have time to eat. the hotel isn't in the best area, but we were out very late at night and felt quite safe, and it's so convenient to the termini train station.

everything was fine except it failed to inform us that the rooms are not only in the viennese hotel.... they have affiliated hotels we stay at too. that was annoying because it was further towalk to and a totaly different hotel to the one i had seen and booked for.
