A great location. The noise level very high, because the window is open because of heat, and the air-conditioning paid the / - EUR 10.

The apartment was small but well-kept, with private bathroom. No fridge, but air-conditioning was functional, the bed was large and comfortable. Letizia was very friendly, helpful and always available. We got keys for front door, hotel door and apartment door so we were free to enter any time. It can get somewhat loud in the morning because you hear people talking in the corridor or in other rooms. You can get breakfast in the bar right next door, but it's expensive - walk some 500m down the street (outwards direction) and you can get good and cheap breakfast. All in all very good value for money.

The place itself is located in the better part of the Termini area. So it's close to the center, with everything you need around you (metro, bus, change, internet, caffes, etc.). The rooms are big and clean, you get a clean towel + soaps. and the best part is the manager Letizia! she's so nice! helped us with everything, was always reachable, and spoke perfect english!

Easy to find from the train station, and good location to tour Rome. The check-in process was quite lenghtly and the area provided for check-in was small and only allowed two people. Some members of our party of four had to wait outside, and were unable to speak to the staff or ask questions. Staff was very indifferent to our stay and failed to explain a lot of important information, such as how to activate the power source in the rooms, and check out time. Had to pre-schedule breakfast time because breakfast room only seated 10-12 guests. Would only stay at this hotel again if spending one night in Rome

good clean room with bath n toilet. place is close to the termini station. easy to go sight seeing, most places are walking distance. we got twin beds instead of the requested double bed. so we had to join our beds and make it a double :(. no lift from 5th to 6th floor, had to cart our luggage up the steps. the main door key at the ground floor/main entrance did not work (were informed only after we asked), we were lucky that someone was coming out so we sneaked in. dont know what we would do if we returned at 3 or 4 in the morning. a bit fussy about making payments right away when we reached.
