The hotel is very clean and pleasant, but beware of room 406, the one given to me! There was a permanent loud noise in the room coming from a rattling fan somewhere out in the corridor and which was apparently impossible to turn off. The hotel receptionist was very nice and smiling, but basically said "tough luck, just bear with it, we can do nothing about it tonight". I had to go out and get myself some ear plugs. This is not acceptable in a hotel with a price level above the 100 Euro per night mark.

The staff at the hotel all spoke english and were wonderful! The room was exactly like the picture, very wimsical. The hotel was very convenient to the train station and easy to find. The singing at 2:00 a.m. by the people leaving the bars was the only real problem but we found that all through Italy. I have already recommended other family members stay and if I return to Rome I will stay at Hotel Marghera again!

I don't recommend this Hotel, they don't change a towels, room was not clean, they wanted that we pay a mini bar and we didn't use. Owner was not polite, a breakfast was non good just American coffee, espresso was not included. Non consiglio questo Hotel, per le coperte sporche, per la colazione dove caffè espresso non è incluso, per il proprietario non molto gentile che dice: " quelli che prenotano via internet pagano poco e allora non meritano buon trattamento.

+The hotel was well located, the room was clean and generally well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. -My room was small but this was okay given the price and the telephone didn't work properly which was inconvenient but these were relatively minor issues.

+Very accessible, lovely breakfast, good staff -I didn't know how to work the electrics in my room until I left ( 1 night stay), when I found out there was a fuse or switch turning on the TV, hairdryers and all lights
