Best hotel in Rome! Will go again when I am there next. Great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Well stocked mini bar. Power window shades were good also.

It was really nice until some "actor" decided to stay here and then all of the hotel's attention went towards making a good impression with no regard to the guests that just wanted to stay in a nice hotel. After all, we may have not stayed in the luxurious suites but we paid good money for our rooms.

We loved this hotel because it was located at the top of Spanish Steps, non-stop action! Easy access to walk to food, all the shops, and beautiful scenery from your room. The rooms were spacious, great food, and best of all your view of Rome from the hotel is amazing! Not to mention all the shops within walking distance. Rarely had to take a cab.

Disliked the room because of the odor in the room. Need to train housekeeping better after paying a rate as this. The decor was outstanding with superb furniture, but that does not take the odor away.

It was marvelous staying here, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were simply devine, and the hotel is rich in art and tradition. My party and I were able to walk to the nearby restaurants for a bite to eat. It was great not having to drive anywhere! I am going back next summer, and will be back time and time again.
