A perfectly functional, adequate and pleasant hotel. Good value for money. The outstanding feature being the helpful, interested and personable staff. Your reception/attendant people were brilliant.

Staff were a little abrupt and standoffish and didn't volunteer much information. The Hotel is situated on the 4th floor of a very eery type of building. When we arrived by taxi at 1.00 a.m. we couldn't find the hotel as there is only a tiny name badge over a doorbell telling you where the hotel is.

+ Friendly staff, clean room, comforatble beds, lovely shower. - Breakfast was a bit poor - could have been more choice.

Great location, within walking distance of main attractions & tube line. only draw back was the internal noise of the hotel.

    1. The description of the general details of the hotel are really good. 1. Our room was certainly very small. 2. The picture of the room in the web page is not the standard room. 3. Cleanliness is something to improve as our room was not vacuum cleaned any of our 5 days stay. Sheets were not changed either.

Our room had a strange smell during our stay. Room was very noisy due to downstairs restraunt. Had some issues with the locks on the hotel doors not working. Some of the front desk were fairly helpful, others almost rude. I guess it wasn't to bad considering how pricy Rome is.

+ It was in the location that we wanted & had rooms that accommodated 3 people. - It was very difficult to find. It was bare bones--no carpet & one very unfriendly night clerk. The hotel begins on the 4th floor of an old bldg.

Only a few minutes walking from Piazza Spagna, Located in a very nice area. this is a really good choice if you want to see Rome. A bit pricy as any other hotel in Rome.
