+ The location off this hotel is amazing. the staff were sensational and i would highly recommend it to anyone. if you are visiting rome as a tourist this is the place to stay. i challenge you to find a better location at a similar price. the standard rooms are small but definatly suffcient and clean. - I honestly could not fault them.

+ Hotel just a few steps away from the major sites in roma! - Air conditioning was not working! not possible to activate it from your room, it's gotta be made by the reception! and they just never turned it on! by 30 degrees celsius, and when you come from the cold, believe me it's tough! very noisy hotel... isolation is bad, and it's just in front of a very busy street!

Good location, but not comfortable This hotel is an easy walk from major attractions (Forum, Piazza Navona, Trevi fountains) and is surrounded by good cheap restaurants. Tip: never order coffee at the Piazza Navona (or any tourist trap), since they hit you 8 or 9 Euros; a few blocks back you pay the more typical price of 1.2 Euros.

+ Location was excellent -possible to walk to all the known sites in the city - In my view it is not really an hotel -it is 'lodging'- just a bed and shower. there are no bar, breakfast or dinning space, or other facilities other than your room. to see rome for us this luckily was fine but if you are looking for a 'normal' hotel with all the other services don't use this one

+ The location of this hotel was very good, it was central to many of the sights. - Hotel signage is poor, we walked from the station and had to ask several people for directions before eventually locating the hotel which had a totally inadequate brass door plague situated on a wall. the room was drab and dinghy and had no natural light or ventilation, therefore was very stuffy day and night. we had not been informed there was building work going on, had we known we would have booked somewhere else. the water in the shower did not rise above luke warm. there were no tea coffee facilities in the rooms and no drawers to enable you to unpack clothes, only hanging space. we arrived at 2.30hrs (afternoon)only to be told we could not have our room due to a water problem. bearing in mind we had been travelling since two in the morning this did not make us very happy. on returning at 5.30hrs we were told our room still wasn't ready, this did not bode well

Good hotel in a great position Ok, this hotel is far from being the most spacious I've ever stayed in, but let's face it, this is Rome! The room we stayed in was an excucutive so we were gauranteed one of the recently refurbished ones. It was small, but had a decent sixed bed, storage space, an en suite shower room (bath would have been nice but what can you do) and an air con/heating unit. Bottom line is that your paying for the postcode. It's right in the middle of everything touristy and if you don't mind stretching your legs a bit then most sites are within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke excellent english. Would reccommend to couples and people travelling alone.
