The hotel location was excellent. The room was DAEK. Two of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast buffet was disappointing in comparison with other quality hotels. The service in the roof garden restaurant was poor.

+ Everything at the hotel was superb. - Although the hotel staff was rather helpful, while answering our questions, we felt that they were trying to "get rid of us" rather than actually trying to help.

Great place to stay Great location! Beautiful hotel. Ask for a room with a view of the Piazza. The only issue we had was that the shower and one of the sinks would clog which was kind of gross. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable, bed was fantastic, and service was really nice!

The concierge was very helpful in a baggage dispute I had with an airline. The Location of the hotel was perfect for me. Walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Subway was within a block. Once in the subway everything in Rome was attainable.

A very classy hotel in that the service was excellent and the rooms were nicely furnished. The location was good, between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and right next to a subway station. Rome is such a walkable city that we really went everywhere from here on foot.

+ The interior decor was very attractive. It is convenient although located in an unattractive piazza. Excellent air conditioning which is important in August. - The hotel could have included a continental breakfast in the room rate.
