The Hotel is located in a calm and green central neighbourhood in Rome. It is a just few meters from the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct, which construction began in 38 A.D. under Emperor Caligula and was completed by his successor Emperor Claudio, and walking distance to Porta Maggiore and the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. It is also near to the Basilica of San Giovanni, the University of Rome La Sapienza and Termini central station, from which it is easily accessible by bus number 105 or by the Metro tram the 2nd stop after Ponte Casilino: Villini, which runs along the Claudio Aqueduct. The Hotel, which boasts a modern and elegant architecture, was recently fully renovated. It offers 32 single and double rooms, which are all equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, wireless internet access, TV, frigobar and phone. The total capacity amounts to 60 people. In addition to selected rooms with terraces, the Hotel has several common terraces with beautiful panoramic views: from the Terrazzo San Giovanni there is a beautiful view of the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct and the Basilica of San Giovanni. From the Terrazzo Acquedotto there is a clear view of the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct, from the Terrazzo Solarium you can admire the Aqueduct that starts from Colli Albani, and from which the ancient Alessandrino and Marcio aqueducts originated. - Yes. In the first night they put us in a very very small room and moved us on the second day to a bigger room. One day they did not clean the room. There were no real breakfast; rather only some biscuites and coffee. No body at the hotel can speak under

+ The hotel is difficult to find when you arrive to termini, but when you are there is fantastic, the rooms excelent and the people there perfect. - The localitation, because we are lost is difficult to aarive, you need to take a taxi the first time you go there.
