Practically perfect in every way The Amalfi is brilliantly placed only minutes from the train station and, though it doesn't sit in a centralised location, Rome is such that you'll have to walk to everything anyway. Clean, friendly, cool after a day's trudging the streets, easy to find, in easy reach of many restaurants and the Colosseum particularly. It's well worth the price.

Very nice hotel, in a good location near to Termini station and metro. Staff very friendly and room perfect for a short stay, as rooms are quite small but still very nice. Breakfast was basic but for price not suprising. Would definitely recommend this hotel for price, value for money and location.

The location was not far off from the railway station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and 10/10 marks for that. The rooms were small but clean (I would not guess you get bigger rooms for that price in Rome). The breakfast was good but not

The Amalfi was not only very conveinently located next to the train station but it was located near everything. The Colosseum was a ten minute walk. It was a straight shot to the spanish steps (20 min walk). The rooms aren't typical large american rooms, however we didn't spend much time loitering in them. They were very helpful, and the breakfast was more than enough to get us till dinner. Everyone there is very accomadating. Each room has a bathroom with a shower stall which is plenty for staying clean. We would absolutely stay at the amalfi again.

Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location Pack your walking shoes and break them and you in!!!! There is so much to see and after the initial hop on hop off tour, just get off and walk there are so many amazing sites just of the main routes. Look for restaurants one back from the main street, other wise you'll pay $6 for a coke.

Quaint, typical Italian Hotel The location is good; about 10 minute walk from the main train station. Breakfast was typical European (bread, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit), no complaints. The bathrooms were a little cramped (you might hit your head on the towel rack heater if you are a tall person), but it is all a part of the "Italian flair". After a long day of walking, the bed was plenty comfortable. The rooms also have air conditioning (a nice feature to look forward to after a long, hot day). All in all, they had good rates, adequate rooms and friendly service.
