Hotel is in a great location less than a block from a metro station. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The temperature in the room, however, was quite warm. We turned off the thermostat and still had to open the window to cool off the...

Not much to do in the hotel itself but who cares, you're there for the sites in Rome. Centrally located in a great area near the Borghesi park and many good restaurants and exclusive shops, close to subway if you wish, very small rooms but nicely decorated, clean, quaint, and comfortable, well worth the money. My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. attractive and convenient location, we managed to walk to all the points of interest. room and bathroom were kept very clean and more than one change of sheets during the week. - Room was rather cramped. the mattress was possibly the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. breakfast was disappointing, in that the choice was limited, not frequently replenished and the eggs and bacon were often cold.

This was our first trip to Rome and we were traveling on our own. I picked this place based on the other reviews particularly those that mentioned the great location and staff. And, we were not disappointed. The hotel was very close to a Metro stop (just 2 stops from the Termini). It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain and many other sites. With the Metro stop so close, it was also very easy for us to jump on and off it when we tired of walking. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was very satisfactory. We would stay here again.

Although I had an excellent stay, my parents also stayed during this time and their reservation was "lost" when they arrived to check-in, although I had the written confirmation in front of me. They did not offer them another room in the hotel. Rather, they offered them a room in a neighboring hotel. Although it all ended up ok, they should have been more accomodating. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL!

This hotel is well situated. It has a great number of stairs to climb in order to get into the lobby. This hotel has a nice but small dining room where they served breakfast. Breakfast was adequate not great. Rooms were clean however we had to change our room because when you took a shower the bathtub filled up. We were traveling with our grandchildren and found this hotel not good for children under the age of about 15 years. Not much of a lobby and no reason to hang around the hotel.

The hotel is quite nice. We got a room with a balcony overlooking Via Veneto, which was such a lovely view. The rooms were normal size for Europe (small) but they were nicely furnished and had a marble bath. They even had towel warmers. Breakfast...
