The hotel staff during the day spoke little if no English. The desk clerk was not helpful and because she couldn't communicate she just ignored us. The hotel is far from the center of Rome so you need to take transportation of some kind to get there.

Just as described by Expedia Just what we expected from the expedia website, it was clean, breakfast was a bit "sweet" every thing had sugar, but acceptable. service was good all the way. Traveler's tip If you rented a car in Italy(which I sugest you do if you can afford it), be careful with all the drivers and motorcycles there appears to be no rules, or enforcement of them. Maps are useless in Rome, invest in a GPS system we probably saved 2 or 3 hours a day with it all through Italy

not impressed staff is rude, Hotel does not look like pictures at all. Rooms are very small, no iron available( 1 in the whole hotel), no extra pillows because the hotel is fully booked. far away from the center. Traveler's tip Don’t come here.

Do not go to this hotel The hotel is far from the turistic areas, the bus station is close but the buses do not come very frequently. The staff is usually rude(few exceptions). It took us 3 days to get extra pillows and there is only one iron in the entire hotel. Pictures on the website do not reflect the reality.

Not impressed Sorry but the hotel was not satisfactory at all. The most important thing is that it wasn’t clean,it was cleaned just on the surface. Breakfast was poor, the food was not in good quality.

MIDDLE OF NOWHERE The hotel is in the middle of a residential area, halfway between the airport and the city. If you do not have a car then the taxi fares could start to mount up (be careful of the taxi drivers) we were overcharged from the airport and from the Vatican! The hotel has a restuarant which we found to be very good. There is a traditional cafe nearby which is also good. The swimming pool is also very nice.

Good value Great value,a bit removed from the main attractions of Rome but they are made accessible by the bus and subway system. Avoid traveling by taxi. Hotel is great, great front desk staff, pool very nice, they do have regular pool parties on the weekends which can run late and loud so avoid rooms overlooking the pool area. Finally, the restaurant is expensive even by Rome standards and while the service is good, check your bill carefully. Overall, a good experience.

Lovely hotel Lovely hotel, but be prepared to use public transport which service ends at 11pm. Hotel restaurant good but pricey, eat in the city but head back early if not using a taxi. Supermarket just round the corner - cheap booze!!
