We wanted a cheap Hotel that was fairly central to the main sites. We only wnated the room to use as a base as we were not plannig on spending anytime there apart from sleeping. We wanted our own bathroom and a quiet room free from traffic noise. Therefore, this hotel fitted the bill exacly. Our room could have done with decorating. The location itself is probably the equivalent to Kings Cross in London interm of scruffyness and characters.

Hotel was nice otherwise but the quietness of the room was very poor. Our room was quite near of the breakfastroom and it was impossible to sleep after the first quests came to the breakfast. Earblugs were needed. Location of the hotel is excellent, only some minutes to Termini Station. And the Termini neighbourhood isn´t that bad as it is written in touristbooks.

This hotel is very close to the train station and we had heard that it was quite rough but we hadn't any problems and it was exactly what we wanted, cheap and near the train. The guy on the reception desk when we arrived was very unfriendly and didn't even say hello or thank you, he didn't want to be there. The room was small but clean, shower was tiny but it worked. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but it was included in the price. It was served between 7.30 and 9.30.

Good location, but quite noisy. Clean rooms, friendly stuff. Especial thanks to waiter Iana for her hospitality and kindness.

This property was well located just a few blocks from Termini Station, less than a half-hour walk from the Colosseum and Ancient City. The staff was knowledgeable and a basic breakfast was included. The room was perfectly clean, equipped with a sufficient bathroom and TV. However, air conditioning was extra. The neighborhood is extremely noisy due solely to loud buses and scooters. For its price, this was a great accomodation

Room Simple and clean, but the bathroom is very small. Close to Roma Termini and easy to be found. There is lift! The breakfast was included on rates but could be better. Employees rudes in sometimes as usual as Italians. A good option to someone who want a place to sleep.

The room was not spacious, didn't sleep well because of traffic noise, there was no one to serve breakfast in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

2 minute walk to train station. Lots of good restaurants nearby. A bit noisy as a result of streetcar and honking horns. Breakfast staff was freindly to us breakfast was adequate. Clean room and hallways. Small elevator, the steps make for good exercise. The area was OK at night. Best restaurant Cafe Alfredo 2 min away.

arriving for breakfast, such as it was, at 9.31 on Sunday we were greeted with a shrug of the shoulders and the word 'Finished'.

Cute little hotel, rooms weren't huge, but comfortable. bathroom was small but most are in europe. room and common areas were spotless. location was fantastic - restaurants and mini market right outside the front door, not too far to walk to all the main tourist hot spots. very convenient to termini station - one block away. only downside was the noise - located near a busy street - but not so loud we couldn't sleep. Overall great value for money - would definitely stay there again.
