We stayed for one August night. The air conditioning was broken and there was no remote for the TV. When I reported these problems to the front desk I was told there was nothing he could do and I could speak with the manager in the morning if I had a problem with his answer.

Except for the noise we heard at times this was a good value at a great location.

We changed rooms three times before having a room with a properly functional air conditioner.

Our general impression was very good. The hotel is located in quite a busy avenue going down from Termini train station. We had been warned about the Termini area, but the hotel was not too near the station so we didn't feel any uncomfortable about the neighbourhood. Lots of shops and a few restaurants very close. The reception was in the first floor with no lift to get there, but there was a VERY narrow lift from there to the rooms. We honestly don't think a wheelchair would fit in there. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke several languages. The room was not too big but enough for 2 people to move around comfortably. We had interior views and were a bit bothered by the noise form an air conditioner motor outside. We asked to be moved to other room and we were told the front rooms were more expensive, but the staff was very friendly and not rude at all when dealing with this complaint. Bathroom big enough. Bathtub enough for a short person to take a bath. Just a thing about the room - heating was way too hot. Breakfast abundant, variety of sweets, but not that good for not-sweet breakfast, they only served hard boiled eggs. Bottom line: we were expecting much less due to the price and what one can find in budget hotels in most big cities. We recommend it to anyone (except for the wheelchair issue) and would indeed go back.

I am still awaiting the resolution of the double charge for the room. If it weren't for this goof up, I would rate the overall experience as excellent but it will not get those remarks until one of the charges is refunded.

I stayed at the hotel while vacationing with a friend. We had a small room with two twins, but it was beautifully appointed, newly remodeled, and had everything we needed. I was most impressed with the staff. They were not only courteous, but very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to give directions, etc. Moreover, all of the clerks spoke English. When I wanted to practice my Italian, they were very accommodating with that as well. The breakfast was quite adequate such that we were rarely hungry for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, given the value for we got for our dollar there. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
