Nice hotel. Well located within walking distance of many attractions, mere blocks from the central train station. Modern and well kept facilities. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very nice hotel, quality of the rooms is excellent! Unfortunately during our stay the hotel was going through renovation. Apparently the staff had about had it with working in their temporary working stations too (reception, breakfast room etc), since they were professional, but not at all enthousiastic or cooperative. A thing that I would have expected from a 4 star hotel. In all a satisfying stay, but it could have been excellent.

Clean, friendly hotel but could do with internet access (PC business area) and a little more at breakfast time.

Great Hotel This hotel is a very good hotel it is clean, tidy and th staff are very helpful. The only down side is the price of the drinks at the hotel bar.

The hotel was currently undergoing refurbishment, therefore, there was a lot of noise from the builders drilling, hammering etc. Apart from this the room we stayed in was really nice.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. The decor was slick and everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms were quite well equipped although the rooms on the lower floors were quite noisy due to the underground trains. My children were given a triple room on the upper floor which was huge and quite spectacular.

Hotel less than a 5 minutes walking far from the Termini station. At an ejoyable (during the day, preferably( walking distance from Piazza Venezia and really close to the Metro station. I had a room at the first floor on the main road and it was really noisy but it's was really spacious and clean. If you have the luck to have a room less noisy your staying will be absolutely cool!

After several months still under remodeling. AC did not work and the issue was not properly addressed by the employees (they only granted a small discount at the end of our stay). It is overpriced as it is possible to find better deals in better locations

Excellent location just minutes from Termnii station and the main sights. Very high quality hotel with pleasant staff. Good size modern rooms with spacious bathroom. Would definately recommend a stay here!
