+ its location, walkable distance from traffic hub Termini - you can actually see Termini station from breakfast room but you don't hear any train noise during night; i loved pastry at the breakfast - fresh nice & crunchy, coffee was also really good; - T

+ Helpful and friendly staff. - Breakfast was included but after the first drink such as tea or coffeee you have to pay for further drinks. it seemed petty. toilet seat was broken. could have been cleaner. we used shower gel provided on first day and this was not replaced. little problems but they spoilt or stay. with a little more effort it could be an excellent place to stay.

Very convenient location for touring Rome, short walk to Termini (despite other reviews we had read no problem in this area at all, some lovely cheap restaurants nearby) where rail, bus and metro are accessed. Rooms were very clean and attractive, bed very comfortable with brilliant shower. Excellent breakfast especially chocolate croissants and lovely coffee! Cheese, cold meats, fruit, yogurt and cereals on offer too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very near to Termini. However, one of the guy receptionist didn't allow us to leave out bags. He asked us to leave the bags at the internet cafe nearby which costs EUR2/bag. But, there's a lady receptionist told us about the baggage room just right at the lounge. The toilet was clogging and no toilet rolls refilled in the evening. Breakfast Only one piece of bread that is harder than stone. You can't even request hot water from them.

The rooms were clean though the bathroom had no fan and smelt of mould. The service was pretty average and the night staff spoke no english. the main problem for us ws the level of noise in the mornings with the main highway nearby and the Italians love to honk their horns. The location was handy if you plan to use the trains. Overall you can do a lot better for a 3 stars.

HORRIBLE!! COMPLETE SHANTY. the light in one of the bathrooms on our floor was not working and i told the reception desk FOUR TIMES and they said that they would have it fixed immediately. never got fixed. the other bathroom's light worked, but there was also a huge pile of barf in the middle of it. not so cleanly. the staff does not know what they're doing. unfriendly and untrained. don't waste your time here. book at the yellow down the street. you'll be glad you did.

after the first day the toilets were no longer working. they got fixed later on. the cleanliness of the showers left to be desired. the beds were ok. The kitchen is only open from 6 pm to 9 pm, therefore we never cooked. the breakfast is very poor, with 1 slice of bread, butter and jam and a cookie. coffee is drinkable, but you can find great coffee all over Rome.
