We had a heck of a time finding the place and when we got there the employee seemed to be confused about our reservation and demanded payment up frount. Parking was quoted as 20 eur a day but they seemed unsure of that and we paid 30 E a day. The first night we were put in a tiny room but promised to be moved for the next two nights. Our bags were movede to a nice room the next day but we were informed that the plumbing was bad in that room so moved to another worse room ; even though they rented out the " bad plumbing room ". (Maybe to folks that did not pay in advance ) The beds in the new room wer horrible and in oder to go to the bathroom my knees had to fit under the sink. I am a big man and could barely fit into the shower ; and while our first night we had a double bed ; the next two night it was two twins pushed together and my side was VERY soft. In the first room we found a dirty sock under the bed and the glass in the bathroom was dirty with old toothpaste. The nightlife outside the hotel was interesting ; but such is downtown rome. With the extra expense of parking the car and the high quality of the bus system ; i would strongly recomend staying at a nice place further out of town.

Having been to Italy many times, and for many different reasons, I was happy to find a room for all five in my party this time to share. I loved the location, so easy to get any where you want to go through Termini, and of course the only downside (besides the plumbing problems) was the high volume of street noise. But, with ear plugs for the plane we slept fine! And we found the staff helpful and courteous.

The hotel is not so bad, but I do not enjoy my accomodation because of two reasons: 1. The personnal is smoking in the hotel, 2. During two days of my staying the hot water was absent because of failure with heating system. Moreover, my request to reduce the price because of problems with hot water has not been satysfied.

I specifically asked for one NON smoking room in my reservation letter. But I got one room smell like a chimney. Old staff at night shift cannot speak English. He asked to keep all our passport, I did not agree, he frightened me to call the police. I have

This was a good value for our money. We visited in June and paid 140 Euros for a room big enough for five people (three twins, one double bed). They also had a computer with free internet in the public area. The rooms came with their own private bathroom complete with a shower and sink. Towels and bedsheets were also provided. There was also a safe in the room that allowed you to create your own combination. I'm not sure why this hotel is rated a 1 star, we checked out 3 stars in the area offering similar accomodations for twice the price and there was not much difference. The biggest downside is the neighborhood, it's pretty seedy at night and you should watch your wallet at all times but it's close to the main train station (Terminii) and therefore convenient. Just be aware of your surroundings and you should enjoy this hotel. The staff was very hospitable as well. I think it's a great bargain considering the multitude of overprices hotels in Rome during the peak season.
