+ Friendly staff good bsic breakfast to get us stated on our day - thin walls, sometimes a bit too loud (sound from floor and other rooms), but not too bad

Very cozy hotel. The rooms were clean and the inclusive continental breakfast had lots of variety and was good. Considering the price of hotel rooms elsewhere, this was a good bargain at 125 euros.

Excellent location near Vatican and Metro stops. Quiet neighborhood. Some rooms will accommodate 3 people; all equipped with Bose sound systems! Standard European breakfast fare, but plenty of cappuchino and espresso!

We will be back The room was lovely, funky, humorous musical theme, excellent in-room sound system, extremely comfortable bed, very quiet. only 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast, but the aroma of freshly baked pastries from the dining room as we left was a good indication as to what we were missing.

+ Interesting and different quirky hotel - liked it a lot plus all the little extras in the room. - Breakfast wasn't much to write home about - simple continental. everyone was confused with what to do / how to get a coffee - the person helping each day didn't say a word to you! the rooms were looking slightly shabby and well used. you could start seeing this after the first 'wow' impression. location of hotel also bit far out - had to use the metro to get anywhere but the vatican.

not impressed the "Franklin" is a small boutique Hotel in a quiet part of Rome. It is not cheap and unless you have some strong reasons to be in that area it does not have anything particularly impressive. The Vatican is about 1/2 mile walk. The room was very small even for a single person. The bathrom was OK. The CD collection in the lobby were of old CD’s , mainly of American music. The breakfast was mediocre. The front staff was however, friendly and useful.I would not stay there again.

This place was really cool! Loved the disco ball in the bathroom. No really! It was a very clean, hip, fun place to stay for the night. I would definitely stay here again. The only slight problem was the lack of ample food in the morning...too many b

Everything about it was prefect. Everything was very modern and clean. The rooms were a decent size, flat screen TV, wall stereo with speakers in the bathroom, most def a treat to relax in after a long day of touring. The included breakfast had lots of good good food. They were accomadating to us as we were students. Highly recommended!
