Great Roman Hotel! My husband and I stayed at the Four Points for our last night on our honeymoon because it was close to FCO airport. We regret we didn't stay there longer! The quality of service and the cleanliness of the hotel were superb! The hotel offered free shuttles into downtown Rome free of charge and went well into the night. They also arranged for us to be picked up for our flight the next morning and we were not greeted with a taxi cab...but a Mercedes Benz! What a way to end our honeymoon! Excellent hotel!

+ The shuttle bus to Rome was very convenient. It was one of the main points in selecting the hotel. Secondly, I felt the staff could facilitate our early flight plans. - Four Points was a 30min drive outside of Rome therefore expensive for taxi.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Four Points. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help in any way possible. The breakfats that was included was great but the prices of the hotel restaurant were quite expensive. The location of the hotel did not prove to be a problem as there was a bus service to the centre of Rome that ran every 2 hours.

Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The first night we had a room which was next to the road so the next day we asked for an internal room and the staff were very obliging and sorted it out for us immediately. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries, cereals, fruit, etc. The bus shuttle was also extremely efficient and we enjoyed the trip into Rome each day. We were lucky to be staying on the weekend when the traffic was relatively quiet. The pool area was also pleasant but I was disappointed by the limited and old machines available in the gym.

Difficult to get there The hotel is beautiful. However, it is very difficult to get there using public transportation or the shuttle since the directions are so poor. Getting there from the airport was a nightmare.

+ Staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely. the pool was very clean and not very busy. the free shuttle bus runs all day from 8am til midnight and was so handy. - The hotel is about 30 mins from the city, but with the free bus its not a problem

My wife and I used our Starwood points to get two free rooms for three nights. We only needed 3,000 points per room per night, so the hotel was a great value for us. All staff members that we encountered were friendly and helpful and the rooms were among the best we stayed in on our two week trip around Italy. The hotel dining options are very pricey, but there were wonderful options nearby. My wife and I would not hesitate to return to this hotel on our next trip to Rome.
